Keynote Speeches – 30-60 Minutes:

Looking for a speaker idea?  Afsaneh presents three keynote speeches:

• “Thriving in Change”. In this presentation Afsaneh defines the personal change cycle, by weaving her personal stories about adapting to change. She takes the audience back to her childhood in Iran, tells of a forbidden love that brought her to United States at the age of 20, the revolution in Iran that devastated her family, and personal and professional changes in her adult life requiring her to learn how to thrive through change, leading to her 20+ years of teaching others how to thrive through change.
• “From Islam to Oneness– One woman’s Spiritual Journey”. This is the story of Afsaneh growing up in a Moslem country but rejecting the Islam she understood as a child. She tells of her search for God and the spiritual path that led her to believe she is One with “All That IS”, and respect the right of each person in finding their personal path to spirituality.
• “The Gift of Forgiveness and Letting Go” Afsaneh tells a story about her journey from victimhood to claiming her power through forgiveness. She invites the gathered to explore where in their lives, they see themselves as victims and how they too can begin the process of changing that perception and giving themselves the gift of letting go.

Change Thrivers Women Circles – 2 Hours:

Change Thrivers Circles are conversations using Change Thrivers concepts, where participants share personal stories. The circles discuss life changes and ask questions, and lead to powerful transformations about change.

The group discusses change with Afsaneh, an expert with 20 years experience in managing organizational and personal change. Although every person’s circumstances are unique, everyone learns from the discussion and can apply the techniques to their situation.   

Coaching for Change:                                       

Overwhelming changes like divorce, loss of loved ones or jobs, relocating, retiring, or changing careers need guidance and support to get through the phases of change.  If you’re struggling, Afsaneh offers coaching to support and smooth transitions. During coaching calls, Afsaneh provides you with ideas and tools to help you understand your emotions, and find resources to better deal with them.
