A strong and well defined support system is one of the corner stone’s of thriving in change. There are three types of support:
1) Self help (Getting information through books, workshops, … or Quiet time for prayers, journaling, meditation, …)
2) Social Support (Friends, support group, faith guidance… )
3) Professional Support (Therapy, coaching, etc.)
